Rolling On A Home
The lot must be cleared of trees which may be in the way of excavation and delivery of the home.
The excavation is done and the basement (whether it's concrete block, poured or precast) is completed.
The basement is made with "roll pockets" and beams are placed into the pockets.
The first half of the home is rolled onto the foundation from the steel transportation carriers.
The second half is rolled on and the two halves are connected. (Roof is raised to form the peak.)
The finish crew completes the shingles, siding, drywall, etc.
The completed home is ready for occupancy.
