You can generally be in your home 8 - 10 weeks after delivery, however circumstances (ex. weather, utilities, etc.) can delay things.

Yes, we are able to provide porches and/or garages.

Yes, there is a ten year warranty with each home. Kintner Modular Homes also provides a one year service warranty.

Yes, we have the ability to include all of these. Complete packages are available.

10. Can Kintner Modular Homes provide the foundation for my home? []
Yes, we can provide a concrete, poured, or precast basement.

11. Are appliances available through Kintner Modular Homes? [
GE dishwashers and spacemaker mircrowaves are available to be purchased with the home.

No, however, we have several banks that we deal with on a regular basis that we can refer you to.
