Yes, you can custom design a plan also.

Yes, there are a variety of choices.
6. How long does it take to get a home?
You can generally be in your home 8 - 10 weeks after delivery, however
circumstances (ex. weather, utilities, etc.) can delay things.
7. Can we order porches, garages, etc. with our home?]
Yes, we are able to provide porches and/or garages.

Yes, there is a ten year warranty with each home. Kintner Modular Homes also provides a one year service warranty.

Yes, we have the ability to include all of these. Complete packages are available.

for my home? []
Yes, we can provide a concrete, poured, or precast basement.
